Parking

We have two parking options. Our driveway or street parking.

Street Parking:

We have plenty of street parking in front of our house.  We will provide a parking pass to hang on your rear-view mirror. The pass is needed from May 1st – Sep 30th. Note: the pass is only good for parking near our house. It is not valid in other areas of Newport.   

Please remember to leave it in the house when you check out.

You will notice a self-addressed envelope taped to the pass. That way, on the day of your departure, when you cross over one of the bridges exiting town and noticed the pass hanging from your rear-view, it allows for expedited pass retrieval.   

Driveway Parking:

We will notify you if you'll need to use the driveway. For low profile cars, it can be a challenge maneuvering into. We have a mini tutorial video that shows the best way to get in and out of the driveway.

Keyless Entry

We have a Schlage keypad lock on the front door to the apartment. 

We will assign you a code.

To Unlock

• type your four digit code the "Schlage" button will turn green

• turn the deadbolt right (if in 50)

• turn the deadbolt left (if in 52)  How-to video    

To Lock  

• Close the door

• Hit the "Schlage" button 

• Turn the deadbolt

  • to the left (if in 50)

  • to the right (if in 52)
